Hello Just Lovin' It! I challenge you to increase your calorie burn by 5% for the week of May 7-13! Based on Week 7 of the Lovelace challenge. Take the total calories you burned that week and multiply by 5% to see how many more calories you need to burn for the challenge week. For example: I burned 2034 calories in week 7 so during challenge week I need to burn 2135 calories. Let me know what you think and if you are up for the challenge.

    not really sure what the lovelace challenge is but Im in for this weekly challenge of increasing the calories burnt by 5%. My goal for this week will be 1636.

    I'm in I have to burn 1833, man am I glad you didn't pick week 8, because on the Warrior Dash I burned 900 alone in 1 hour :)

    So I have to burn a boat load of calories for this week's challenge. I did not want to participate today. But...I did. VICTORY! Now that my endurance is building I have to work so much harder to get same burn. O well progress I guess. I burned 430 of my goal. Yippee! Keep chipping away at those calories. :bigsmile:
