    Ugh, the only reason I even want to post this is so one day I can look back at it, but here was my first day.

    3(1st real, but borderline bad form so I switched to the girly, I'd rather go slower but get good form)

    I did start this a couple of weeks ago. I started about where Hapoo100 is so it does work. I'm seeing gains and getting stronger.

    I've tried the hundred pushups app for iPhone in the past, but it's nowhere near as fun as trying it in a crowd.

    I did my intial test this morning, so I will be starting day one tonight. My goals are (outlined on the website) 6,6,4,4,5. I will check in later tonight with my results.

    Cannon: Should I try catching up by doing one day of push-ups in the morning and one at night? Let me know! :)

    Day 2 was way better than day one. No girly pushups for me! I did a total of 17. (Sorry I did them yesterday and now can't remember.) I know I was supposed to do 4 at least on my last set but did 5 instead before I collapsed in a pathetic heap on the floor! LOL!
