Since Rach hasn't been around yet to post it, and I see some people already posted in the discussion thread I thought I'd put this up.

I'm at 207.6 this morning

    Stayed the same at 189 - but the inlaws are visiting and we've been eating all kinds of junk so a maintain is a good thing!

    169 finally IN THE 160S!!!!! However, I really really really really need to focus on my body fat percentage. I bought a new scale that has the hand grips and the feet sensors I know its not accurate, but gives me a better overall idea. My body fat percentage is nowhere near what I want it to be....I'm aiming for 21%. I'm at 31%. However, it says my visercal fat is low...so yay for no that much core fat! :)

    155.3 down from 155.6.. super low almost went with 0 bc its so miniscule but oh well a loss is a loss (-0.4)

    128lbs this week : ( not happy to see that little gain :sad: so pushin it hard this week to loose my gain plus one more pound soo 2lbs this week is my goal..hehe :wink:

    No change for me this week, some health issues going on make it hard to get in the workout. Just glad I havent gained

    Sorry I'm late posting, but still at 187 (suppose that's good since it was birthday eating craze weekend for me!) Back on track as of yesterday for food, start exercise program back up today!
