Ugh, the only reason I even want to post this is so one day I can look back at it, but here was my first day.

I did my intial test this morning, so I will be starting day one tonight. My goals are (outlined on the website) 6,6,4,4,5. I will check in later tonight with my results.

Day 2 was way better than day one. No girly pushups for me! I did a total of 17. (Sorry I did them yesterday and now can't remember.) I know I was supposed to do 4 at least on my last set but did 5 instead before I collapsed in a pathetic heap on the floor! LOL!0
