Super easy GF (and non-dairy) protein bars

I can't have milk or gluten, so it can be really difficult to find protein bars/snacks for "on the go" but I was looking online at different recipes and decided to make my own:
Just mix it all up and press it flat into a 9x13 (or similar sized) baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes, then cut.
I wrapped each bar in saran wrap and put them back in the freezer so I can just take them to go.
These got the seal of approval from my gluten and milk-loving 9 year old son, so they're pretty good.
You can also use a different protein powder (I know pea protein can be hard to find, but it's delicious), can use regular peanut butter instead of PB2, and can substitute another liquid for the almond milk, but you'll only need about 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid if you use regular peanut butter.
