60 sec plank! I really meant to go for 5more secs, but just didn't have it in me this am.
Moving to next hotel today, so may not have Internet at the next, but will continue to plank. This may be my first vacation where I don't come back feeling like the blob!

60 seconds for me today. I wasn't able to post over the weekend, but it was 65 seconds on Saturday and 70 seconds on Sunday. I didn't do one yesterday as I had terrible abdominal cramps, so I'm going to try to do two today to make up for it!0

1 min 30 for me today. Whoever said the other day that this is getting harder--I totally agree! I just could not do another second.
I do feel stronger when I do them but don't see any changes in my core yet.0 -

1min 30 hard to plank when you have a sore great toe!! Try planking with your toes curled under for one foot!! OUCH!!! but did get 1min 30! Hoping to see some changes sometime!0
