Wow I just finished my first Fit Test, that was crazy!!! But it was a lot of fun, can't wait to see how the whole program goes.

    Do the best YOU can do and don't worry about how crazy some of the pros are on the dvd. You will see results! Definitely recommend you take weekly measurements to see the true results. Best of luck!.
