Mid week mania here, busy busy!

Hitting my JM Cardio today, knee feels good so not holding back!

  • Done. Feeling good. People are starting to notice my weight loss. 3 people commented this week. Wahoo! It feels good because I don't feel like they should be able to tell. I think this makes more of an impact that what the scales say and what my tape measure says. :happy:

    Good Morning all! Awesome that we are feeling good today! And awesome sitinduck that people are noticing! That makes so much difference and makes me feel better!
    I got my Ripped in 30 Day 3 in today! I am sore. Especially in my legs!

    Good morning JM lovers! No JM for me today. I'm starting a boot camp class at the Y today and I don't think I can handle that and JM in the same day. Now that the wather is nice we will be spending all our time outside :grumble: which I think equals really working hard. On top of that I joined a walking/jogging group and I'm suppose to meet them at 7p at the park. Really! I'll report back later if I have the strength to type.

    Well, I almost broke up with Jillian today - I layed in bed for 20 min convincing myself that I was not going to do 30DS today but I finally got up and did it. I am moving on to Level 3 tomorrow. I want to see this to the end!

    Morning all! Glad to see everyone busting their butts!!

    Did quick NMTZ and BFBM this morning. I was thinking of doing something else later in the day but I had a big cardio day yesterday, so maybe some more lifting in the afternoon...we'll see.

    I love it! I have violent thoughts about Jillian, for sure! But I keep hanging around her anyway. : )

    Hi! I LOVE Ripped in 30! To me it seems perfect to do right after shred because it seems to be a step up. It is a little faster paced and for sure working new muscles. I recommend it highly! Of course, I am on level 1. I may be cussing at it in a level or 2!!
