Has anyone done a drunk dial or received one?
I got to thinking about this since I have one saved on my phone from a guy I used to work with. There is a new guy at work that looks exactly like him so it reminded me of it. He went on for the whole 4 minutes that was allowed on my voicemail and some of the best lines were "Your a butthead but I still lo-like you" and "I would even give up mayonnaise for you."
Anyone else have any drunk dials to share?

I've done one or two. The best one was when I was actually having a conversation while drunk sitting in some random person's house in Burlington Vermont talking to my friend at the time (now best friend) and petting some white dog. I told her I loved her 100 times.0

Yes some p's my mates and I used to do it all the time, you end up withe funniest stuff.
But to the opposite sex, drunk texts are worse, I'm a serial texter:laugh:0 -

Also drunk texts can be screen copied and posted for the world to see while drunk calls are harder to get on the internet.0 -
Freshman year of college I was the recipient of many drunk dials meant for my roommate. Was humorous at first, but after a couple weekends, we were openly abusive to get her to stop calling us. Some of us went to bed before 3am on weekends.0

Dunno what he did. After the first 3 or 4 I just put my phone on silent and went to sleep :laugh: I found it quite funny tbh. Most persistent man I've ever known.......:indifferent:0 -

No -- I'll have texted something about the kids' grades and he just forgets or out of habit. It's purely random... so it's funny. I usually send back ?????????????? to which he sends back... whoops!0 -

I've drunk emailed before... tried putting "drunk goggles" on my email, and it doesn't work. Evidently I'm smarter when I'm drunk. Who knew?0

He is definitely doing it on purpose just to get under your skin. Mine did that all the time. The first one I just figured fat thumbs, it happens, but when they started to get frequent in number I called him on it. It has since ceased!

Hahaha, I'm sure I've done my fair share of calling and texting, but I think some of my favorites are:
I used to work nights and on my nights off, I'd stay up to keep my sleep schedule. My phone rang at about 2:20am and it was my friend, Sam...leaving the bar. He kept begging me to come hang out and I kept saying no. I finally told him that I was not going anywhere, that I already had my PJs on...to which he replied "well, we could just cuddle..." BAHAHAH
While living in CA I had a boyfriend in NJ...I didn't mind his drunk dials because his 2AM was only 11PM in CA
sometimes I get calls from mom telling me she loves me

Surprisingly, I'm not too bad of a drunk dialer/texter, but I still wake up in the morning sometimes and cringe in fear until I see my phone is free of outgoing texts or calls. :laugh:0

The tip is if your after a drunk booty call on your way home... you need to have already established communication earlier that night so when you do contact them it wont be as weird after your smashed and start saying strange things hahaha.0

Yay to drunk dialing, texting, emailing and facebooking. I'm a little boulder when the liquid courage comes out and usually can ask things or say things I was too nervous to when sober. So YAY to liquid courage to send drunk texts
....They are usually full of love and happiness and how much I miss everyone including that random ex I'm disappointed with. Yup, share the love. 0 -

I've never done a drunk dial before I don't think but I do get text happy. Just Saturday I texted my friend Heather and apparently sent her several pics of myself in my drunken state along with the pic of me and Smiley. I was mortified the next day as I was reading my grammer mistakes. Jeez!!!0

I do both all the time.. usually they end up being hour-long conversations where I'm very witty, thoughtful, and I talk about cuddling a lot.
Then the guy tries to talk to me for weeks on end cuz he thinks I'm really interested after that one call. DUDE, you were just the only one awake at that point in time! Eee!
Then I make more embarrassing ones too. Haha. I don't really remember those though.0 -
I blacked out a little on St. Pats and when I checked my phone the next day I had sent out some pretty hilarious texts. Most of them made absolutely no sense. One of my buddies was hammered and left me a voicemail that was so funny I had to save it.
As for the opposite sex, my ex would send me naked pictures of herself when she got drunk. I miss that. I've learned not to contact the girls I'm dating when I'm drunk though because it never ends well.0 -
I text all the time while drunk but I'nm very careful of what I write lol. So far I havent done anything to embaress myself. I do love getting drunk texts though. They crack me up0
