I just finally got over the nasty cold that hit me Saturday Morning (THANKS large public venue!). Well, I still have a cough, but the fever and achy joints is gone.
Anyway, start tracking for week 2:
Week 1: 13.98
Week 2: 12.09 (so far)
Month Total: 26.070 -
4.14 miles today - felt good, cooler weather makes runs so much better (as opposed to hot weather)!. Felt faster than I ran though but that is fine with me.
Total for the month: 40 miles, will rest tomorrow to have rested legs for 9.3 miles on Saturday.0 -
