Hello ladies!! How is your day going so far?

Mine, im okay. i have finals this evening and im done with this sememster but overall i've been hauling *kitten* with these workouts this week. i've already shot my personal goals with working out 6x this week and my last is to lose those 3-5lbs on monday..fingers crossed..def noticed a different in my abs and arms with the 25 pushups and 100 crunches daily and i'm really happy about that..

Been running my *kitten* off everyday and everything has been doing really well..how is everyone else doing??

    Great to hear how good you are doing Meka!

    I broke my no scale in May so I will be weighing in on Monday with you all! I am glad I weighed because I have gained 2lbs. This should be what I needed to get me back on track! To start I have been working on my water intake. I am having my fruits and trying to have my veggies! My arm is fully better today so back to working out!

    I hope to have lost these 2 lbs I gained and maybe more by monday! That should not be hard if its water weight right!???

    cORRECT..WATER weight comes off so quickly you shouldnt have a problem with that if thats all it is..I'm glad to have you back on the scale tho..i know how hard it is for you to not see a scale at all for a whole month, but at least you know how far you could go..btw thanks for starting the discussion the other day..it seems like my days off i only log on to add in my daily food and excersise but dont have time to really just speak to anyone..i really appreciate it :))
