Weekly Challenge: This looked like a harder week for everyone. No big deal. We all have those! I am hoping that with sleep I can find my groove again! So this week's challenge... I guess will be sleep! Trying for at least 7 hours a night. I know that can be very hard for some of us, but it wouldn't be a challenge if it wasn't!!

I love the challenge. I've battled insomnia for yrs. I just started taking the supplemeny melatonin, suggested by my mom and ok'ed by my Doc. It has helped so far. and a great side effect iis that I'm having dreams again. Very vivid dreams. Good luck!0 -
First night of the challenge didn't go successfully, but I am upping my sleep meds tonight and am going to sleep like a log!0

156.6 so I lost my trip weight.
I'd love to get to 155 for next week!

This week my big personal challenge will be my hip. it's been bothering me for a few months but much worse the past few days. I'm going for my first chiropractor adjustment monday. Hopefully it fixes me up good because I can't really do my regular exercises right now. That will make it hard to lose much....0 -

Well, certainly moving in the right direction! Lots of positives this week. I cut my grass in my bikini on Wednesday and didn't feel the least bit uncomfortable doing it! Then I went out and bought 3 other bikini's, all of them bright 'look at me' colours. No more hiding for this girl :happy:
