Today was a 'rest day' according to my training plan - so I only ran 2 miles and biked 10 miles. Rest, my a**!
What was amazing to me was how easy it is to run 2 miles now...I almost felt like I was cheating!0 -

I finally made it to Tuesday track since it started this year. Had an awesome workout, a lot of the group commented on my increase in speed. Total 4 miles.
Did a slow easy 3 today. I worked legs yesterday and really felt of onthe run.
Total so far is 24 miles. I have a long run planned for Sunday or Monday.0 -
