Measureable progress?

When did you ladies (especially any bigger (taller, more built, as well as higher BF%) ladies) start seeing measurable changes in your physique?

I'm at the end of week three, and am in the max range I've seen for women's OHP (nearly all of the female lifters I've seen max out in the 60-85lb range), and my lifts aren't exactly light (squat - 90; BP - 80; OHP - 60; row - 85; DL - 120), but I haven't really had any measurable, let alone visible progress. What has happened is that I've gained 5-10lbs and my measurements, including BF%, haven't gone anywhere.

It's kind of depressing, especially amid all the reports of "I'm on week for and have dropped 2 dress sizes!" (congrats to those that have done this, but it's no less discouraging when I see no change in the same time frame).

I'm the same place you are. I started April 9, and am currently lifting as follows: Squat - #90, Rows - #80, OHL's (bad shoulder, so going slow on these and BP's) #50, BP #50, Deadlift #140. I am up 3-4 pounds and have lost zero inches, actually, I gained nearly an inch on my hips and half inch on waist and thighs.

I dunno. I like the feeling lifting gives me and I'm not going to stop, but it sure would be nice to see some progress. Nutrition-wise, I am going high protein and rather low'ish calories (1300-1400) with one spike day per week (2200+).

I actually haven't lost any weight since mid-Feb, in spite of all my efforts. Took up SL to work on muscles as the fat didn't seem to be in any hurry to depart. :explode:

I started 2 months ago. I almost immediately shot up 8 lbs on the scale, and it hasn't budged since. As for measurements, no change there. I took an after photo at 8 weeks. I maybe can see that overall I'm firmer, but I don't really see much difference.

So I'm still hanging in there....waiting, ever so impatiently

I've been having the same problem. Right now the only thing that has kept me going is strengths gains and that I can feel muscle under the fat. I'm working on tweaking what eat but I still have bad days (even if I stay within my calories) along with the good.
