Good Morning Super People!!!
I just want to say Great Job people . Fluctuations will happen. I see it in myself daily. I am reminded of this when I look at my Wii Fit Body Test journal . Keep your goals in site and you will get to where you want to be. Just remember to stop from time to time and smell the rollercoasters... er I mean roses.:flowerforyou: (or candy or ____ insert favorite thing) LOL.
Also, let me know if you ever see any little mistakes or errors and we will get them fixed pronto.0 -
EASA2-Super-Custom-Multiplatform-Synchronized-Sweat-Inducing-Calorie-Scorching-Challenge
or EASA2SCMSSICSC for short. (Working title).
This event will run after the 8wk challenge in progress.
Anyone in the group can build a custom workout (no impact, low impact, impact, or all of the above) and then share it with the group.
Whoever wants to be in the challenge can build the same custom workout.
We can have 4 different custom workouts a week.

Back in Feb I was in Future shop and picked up EA Sports Active. OY... another exercise DVD! I love it! I am now well into phase three of the 9 week program, I just found this group and would love to join the challenge. Normally I hate exercise. EA put the fun in.0

Welcome EASAkit
To be in the current challenge just post your stats (Weight kg or lbs and Waist cm or in) into the ---Just for Stats--- thread and you need to either start or have in progress an EASA2, 3wk, 9wk, or custom workout, which you do according to your post.
When I see your stats I will enter them into the spread sheet. We post again next Sunday thru Monday.
If you need help I will be around.
Also if you havn't already just kinda scroll through this thread. One of the posts on the first page has the guidelines for the current challenge.0 -
I like the idea of the new event above^ will be interesting to hear peoples feedback after they start completing the custom workouts and how it/we can improve because as for the moment i think we are all going our seperate ways.
Can i ask do some platforms have more exercises than others? just im yet to encounter mountainboarding on xbox.0 -
I was wondering that also. Maybe there is a list of exercises somewhere for the different platforms of EASA2 so we can compare one to another. There is probably a list at the easportsactive forum. I want to do a boxing - step aerobics circuit for one of the days.0

also random thought : can we have a food challenge sunce we have food diaries... not sure how that would wourk but just throwing the thought out there0 -
Thanks bits for chimin' in
I am putting together a spread sheet with a list of all the consoles and there events so we can have it all in one place so we can pick and choose the events to create our custom workouts. And I know some of you already have some great custom workouts going. And lets see how we can integrate a food challenge also. Should be interesting.
More to come....0 -

Those with the XBox360 will need to help me decipher some of the exercises.
I think some of the events are similiar just with different names maybe?0 -
Niceone Jaccyber, this is gonna make things alot easier for folk - much appreciated.
I know on the ea forum some say there are similar exercises but with different names but i would say its a very small figure of exercises and wouldn't take much notice of it. i don't mind going back and forth to check to see which are which but i feel the info on those lists you put up will have to be used for now to make a multiplatform workout for everyone.0 -
Looking forward to the next round of stat posting.

Okay beautiful people... I am back and refreshed from retreat from Storm Mountain retreat center and camp ground in the Black Hills and ready to continue. Will be updating the chart today after work. Hope to see some great results. I thought I was going to be about 5 pounds heavier with all the sack eating I was doing this weekend. Lot of trail walking helped me out though. Awesome retreat.0

Excellent!
For xbox i would say dodgeball is a must then you got push press which is a good all rounder then the split squat jump repeats which are more intense (similar to mountain climbers).0
