Hi moms!

If you're looking for a new e-friend that will view your diary and actually make candid BUT SUPPORTIVE critiques, add me. I'm looking for folks that would help motivate me and vice versa.

The rest of my info is in my profile. I've tracked calories 3 years ago before I had babies and lost 20 lbs. My method is portion control with rare occasions of self indulgence. I don't actively work out at this time but I do light activities. I'm also a nursing mom, so I bank calories that way too. I'm not looking to starve myself because this girl LOVES TO COOK. Really, I'm just being more cognizant of what I stuff down my pie hole and slooooowly losing weight that way. I make mini goals and stretch goals to keep it real.
