Anyone interested in sharing their weekly/monthly results??

I am down 4 inches total since starting Turbo Jam. I love to workout. Just got the Cardio Party and am heading out to "try" it for the first time!

I havent done my measurements for this month yet so I am going to measure on monday and just measure every month on the 14th

Well I didn't go down in weight this week, up .8 pounds so now I am at 169.4. However, I have lost 2.75 inches~!0

Sure, I generally weigh in on Mondays, but I can start weighing in on Sundays. I will post my data this Sunday. Congrats to those who have already lost pounds and inches. Today was my first day!0

@shaymo10, we don't have to weigh in on the same days. I'm actually switching to Fridays. So if you wanna stick with mondays that works!

So like I said I am going to switch my weigh in days to fridays, its just easier for me to remember to do on that day. Also I haven't measured myself since Feb so June 1st I will record my measurements

I weighed in today, 168.6 so down this week. Back down the .8 pounds I was up last week, I was also sick two days, but I did work my rear end off earlier in the week so I am hoping it wasn't just water loss.0 -
I am up a pound this week. I only worked out 2 days last week and we had a lot of eating out. I also have been on meds all week b/c I was sick so...yuck. This week will be better and I want to lose at least 2 lbs! Happy Monday!0

I honestly haven't weighed in for the week yet, but plan to do my official stats tomorrow since it is the last day of May.0 -
Okay, so I weighed in and took my May measurements this morning.
Beginning Weight: 168.6
Middle of the Month: 169.4
End Weight: 167.4
And I lost a total of 3.25 inches. I can't wait to see what results I can get in June as I wasn't able to fully complete the Turbo Jam schedule due to getting ill and then injuring my back. I do plan to start back to Turbo on Monday. Ive mainly only been walking for the last week since hurting myself.... Looking forward to getting back to it Monday~!0 -

great job azjenz!! thats why its so important to do your measurements because so many people get discouraged when they dont see the number on the scale go down but inches is what matters most!!!!

Since Feb I have lost 7.5 inches all over. I know its not much but I just had a baby and things are happening verrryyyy slowww for me. lol it sucks but its progress and Im damn proud of that!!0

Way to go on inches lost~! You have a right to be proud of it - it is success no matter how long it took! My progress has always been slow, but as long as I stick with it, it comes off. I am sure that as long as you keep with it your inches will melt away too0

I hope with the combo we are doing that we both loose a ton of inches and a little weight too
I will be weighing in tomorrow morning, I was pretty on target as far as working out this week. I missed yesterday's Start It Up workout, only because I ended up with several blisters after my walk and it hurt to move afterwards. I will say though that my eating probably could have been a little better on some days, so I am not sure what the scale will actually say tomorrow morning. All I can really say is it doesn't matter as I am enjoying this hybrid of working out!0 -
Well, I weighed in this morning and I am back up in weight... 169.8 so 2.4 pounds up compared to the end of May. I am disappointed that I didn't lose but I am hoping the gain was muscle after this past week. On a good note I did lose .75 inches off of my waist but almost all my other measurements were either 0 loss or .25 loss. Hopefully I'll see more off a loss next Sunday.0

GIRLS......I hurt my knee! It is awful. I have not Turbo'd since last Wednesday and my workout buddy was in a serious accident (lucky to be here)
I have to get back on track but I am struggling!!!!:sad:0 -
Sorry to hear you hurt your knee and that your friend was in accident I understand you wanting to get back to it, but make sure you give your knee time to heal that way you don't injure it further and are able to do Turbo whenever you want. While you are healing try to make healthy eating choices, I know thats not much help but I am sure you'll get back to it soon!0

I know these things but boy does your mind play tricks on you! I want to work out so bad but I know that will just injure my knee more.....DANG IT!!! :sad: Thanks for the encouraging words.... This too shall pass....RIGHT?!?!?:noway:0
