    After how badly I ate this weekend I'm surprised thats all it was.

    Good morning Ladies!!!! Weighing in at 133 this morning!! Hurray, the scale is still going down!! The 24 day challenge has been great so far. Today is day 12, I have lost 4 lbs. so far, can't wait till the end so I can measure and see how many inches I have lost.

    No change this morning, even though I was down 2 pounds during the week. That's about how my weeks have been going lately. Too many special events over the weekends that completely blow my work during the week. However, I ran 5 out of the last 7 days. I'm hoping that upping my exercise will break through this gain/plateau problem I seem to be having. Now, TOM is coming... It's always something.

    down to 192.2! (over the course of 2 weeks, because I forgot to weigh in last week) I got a boost from starting 30DS
  • 154lbs for me... 30 day shred level 3 is really starting to give me toning results!

    190 this week, it's a gain but given that I've spent the last 12 days taking my inlaws all over Germany and eating German food, a 1 pound gain isn't too bad. This week will be better.

    Seriously, nothing excuses this. Getting very frustrated. Upped the calories and activity level (not on here, just in life in general). I've got zilch to show for it. Oh well. Maybe next week....

    155 this week!! I'm up after Mother's Day yesterday and TOM last week(ugh) I'm trying to get back on my game slowly. I have no one to blame but my self bad food choices and not working out!! I promise to give a loss next week!!
