Wow did last week suck. Sick for three days! But back in the saddle today. And BONUS! I finally joined the world of smartphones, downloaded a GPS tracker and discovered that the computer I've been using on my bike is under-measuring mileage So I rode further last week than I thought (by about 10 percent woot!).
MAY GOAL FOR ME: 300 miles
5/1 - 22 miles - easy recovery pace. nice and flaaaat
5/2 - 14 miles - sorry friends it was a quickie today!
5/7 - 32 miles - a tad bit windier than I would have liked, but I soldiered on.
