I started Turbo Fire on Monday! I'm following the 5 month program so today I had to do HIIT 15 and man... that was NO joke! I'm really loving the program so far. I have tomorrow as a rest day and I'm kinda sad about it!

    Welcome to the Turbo Fire world, just dont freak out if you gain weight the first two weeks. Trust me it will come off and by the time you reach month 5 you will be amazed at your results. Currently on week 17 posting my results first week of june :)

    Thank you! I did Turbo Jam for a month in March and I didn't lose anything so its no big deal. I do have to get use to working out again since I didn't workout or eat right the whole month of April. =P
    I did Fire 30 on Monday and was up 1.4 pounds on Tuesday. It doesn't really bother me as long as I feel strong and feel good about myself. I feel really good about the program so far.

    I am going to be starting over on monday. I have lost around 15 lbs. I did it for a while just skipping around with the weeks, but now I am going to do it straight through with the exception on my vaction to disney on june 4th. I am going to do the 5 months also! How is it going?

    So jealous!!! Disney is my FAVE place EVER!! I would live there if i could!

    I have to do Fire 55 EZ today... I should be doing it right now, but I' sooo tired right now! But I'm gonna get up in 15 mins and do it!
