Where is your sacred space, Is it by a burning fire, the beach, in the forest, beside a rushing river or in your backyard? Can you take your sanctuary with you wherever you go? Today in Yoga class this was my meditation. There is no place like OM!

    That's a great question and although most of us don't realize it till later in life - our SACRED space is our body and we carry it with us everywhere. So finding the practice that allows to be at PEACE no matter where or what is vital to our health & wellbeing. But if I could choose, my sacred space would be in nature! Trees / flowing water .. fluffy white clouds! Sounds, sights and smells of LIFE!

    I too think my most sacred space is within me. It's inside me. In my joy. In my pain. In my tears and my laughter. It's the part of me that always KNOWS that everything is really okay. No matter what. :heart:
