Since jill92787 missed opening this week's weigh in topic, I figured I'd help out and do it so we can log this week's weigh in!

Here's my weigh in from Monday:

Beginning MD challenge weight: 172.5
April 2 weight: 171
April 9 weight: 168.5
April 16 weight: 167
April 23 weight: 165.5
April 30 weight: 164
May 7 weight: 162

May 14 weight: 160.5 (1.5 lbs lost this week, total since challenge start 12 lbs)

MD goal: 163 (I went 2.5 pounds past my goal -- that will make me feel better when I overindulge on Memorial Day!)

The last time I was this low was in August 2008!

    I had a wonderful weigh in this week. I went down from 148.7 to 144. My goal is 140, I might actually hit it. Lets see how this week goes. My original weight for the challenge was 159...woo-hoo 15 down thanks to the challenge.

    Thanks for getting things going!

    I stayed the same this week at 182 (which is my MD goal) and I'm happy with that.

    I didn't get all my workouts in and attended a birthday party and Mother's Day Buffet.

    Hang in there! You are so close! Add a few minutes to your walk or exercise or if doing a meal with chicken, rice and veggies, fill up on more veggies and scale back the rice portion...small differences can make a difference! You can do it!

    5 more pounds to go. I guess I had a bad week this week. I ate fast food twice, but I did get all my workouts in. I guess that proves it's not all about working out!

    Does anyone know where our fearless leader jill92787 disappeared to?

    I was going to start a new topic for the current week weigh in since she hadn't checked in yet, but then I realized that even though those of us who have weigh in days at the beginning of this week (the 20th & 21st) still may have about a week until our Memorial Day goal weigh in if we are going by the actual Memorial Day holiday itself, others, especially those who have weigh in dates near the end of the week or those who are going on vacation for an extended holiday weekend, are counting whichever date falls the morning their holiday starts as Memorial Day Goal weigh in day. Any thoughts?

    I was noticing how much our group dwindled down, too.. Each week there have been fewer and fewer progress reports. I was wondering if it was because people gave up on myfitnesspal, or if their progress on the challenge was not what they had hoped so they gave up on the challenge. The way I look at it, even if people don't meet their goal, as long as they weigh less on Memorial Day than they did at the start of the Challenge then they are winners!

    Oh, I went ahead and started a topic for Weigh Ins May 20-26 for anyone who wants to post one last progress weigh in before the Memorial Day weigh in on the 28th.

    I sent a message off to her this morning, hopefully we'll hear something back. I seem to recall she's a member of the armed forces, so it's possible due to that she may currently have limited online access. I just hope she's okay!
