200 sit-up challenge

Has anyone done this? I'm planning on starting it with my husband on Wednesday (he doesn't need to lose weight, but he's going to do it with me for strength).

    When I was in college, I did the 200 sit up challenge 6 times a day (if roman chair sit ups count....other wise just twice a day). Not that I had ever heard of any 200 sit up challenge back then...

    Is that just 200 in the course of a day or 200 in one go? O_o

    You start off with what you can do, and then up it to 200 over 6 weeks (in reps - not 200 straight) - here's the website http://www.twohundredsitups.com/

    We're going to do our test on Saturday and start on Monday.

    I want to do this! I was kind of doing this like a month ago but then finals took over. This summer all of my stomach needs to go away and I need to do this!
