Heeeelllllloooooo!!!! Where is everyone at!?????
Well I just wanted to update you all and let you know I managed to get the veggies and fruits in yesterday and am working at that today as well! I have drank my 12-14cups of water a day but havent done too good with the workouts! Tomorrow is my sons b day party so I am going to work really hard not to go over! Hope to have a loss by mondays weigh in! Have a great friday everyone!

Good job on the veggies/fruits & water! I've been pretty good about keeping within my calorie goals and working out, but the scale just doesn't want to change. It can be disappointing at times, but I'm also lifting weights so that can be a reason why it isn't budging.

Try doing some measurements! I have seen some people gain weight and yet when they measure or take pics, they look so much smaller even though the scale went up! I know what you mean about being disappointed but we cant give up or we will feel worst if we gain the weight back!

lol..Ive been doing great with working out, fruits && veggies and water intake..I have been having a problem with the no bread rule..sorry for not getting on here so much this week..this week has been beyond busy for me and today is basically the only day that I can sit here for a while and have a mini convo..lol..but I hope everyone else has a great weekend as well and your lil man has an amazing day..0 -

Giving up bread is so hard! Its like me giving up tortillas! LOL!!! I CANT DO IT!!! Well... I can, but I dont really want to LOL! Hang in there...and maybe it may help to leave the bread little by little! Hope you have a relaxing weekend, it sounds like you deserve it!!!0 -
