I saw this listed when I clicked on groups and thought, "Hey, I live in the south sound!" I'm Brian and have been on MFP for a little over a year now. Kinda slacked off over the holidays and hit a bit of a plateau, but am working back into the swing of things...0

Hello Everyone, I'm pretty new to MFP. My main goal is to lose weight and keep it off for the sake of health. High Blood Pressure and Diabetes runs in my family and I would like to prevent as much as I can. Due to my work and heavy travel schedule, gyms and diets have been hard to come by. Hotel gyms are ok but not everything works all the time. For the last two months I've been traveling with Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer videos and two weeks ago I've been drinking GNC Lean Shakes. They seem to be working. Five years ago I did Weight Watchers and I loved it but I didn't travel as much as I do now. The support group meets weren't easy for me to attend...I do have to say that I lost 35 pounds with their program, but again my life has changed. I put about 25 of those pounds back on since and I'd like to lose them again. I live in Tacoma and some of my interests are: Movies, reading, video games, learning about really random things, playing with me three dogs, surfing the web, home projects, cooking (not great at it), hanging out with the wife, and work. I look forward to working this program and hopefully it will motivate me to keep working at my diet and weight. YaY!0
