Hi guys!
Unfortunately I have had tonsillitis for the past week and so have not accessed our group or fitnesspal at all!
- I now have no idea what is going on?! Teal Team - what is it this? You all move on so fast! Explanations please!
I haven't been thinking about diets whilst being ill so I'll weigh in next Tuesday (the second week of May).
How is everyone getting a long so far?

my weigh in is on Wednesday but last week i lost 2 lbs!0

weighed in on Sunday have not lost anything (tbh quite happy that i did not gain as i haven't been able to excersise due to an injured foot) x0

I've been going up and down but I have not been very consistent with my diet.... I do real good during the day and when nightime comes, well, you know how it is. But... I've committed to myself that I'm going to do good for the rest of the month. My goal is still 10 pounds. I've lost 2. Want to get to 234 by May 31st.0

Let's see if in the next few days I can loose that last pound. This month has been a real challenge trying to stay on track.0 -
Alright, I for sure didn't meet my goal of 5lbs i believe it was. But I am down 2lbs from last week so I'll take it!0
