Again, I apologize for the delay. I was feeling much better yesterday but didn't get home until 9:20 PM... and today I feel like garbage again. I see my doc today though, to figure stuff out.0

I'm worried that I won't make my goal. 7 lbs in a little more than a month. That's gonna be tough. These last 10 lbs. to my ultimate goal have been a *****! Plus, I started another round of 30 Day Shred/ I think my muscles are retainining water as they repair. I'm just gonna have to buckle down. Good luck, everyone!0 -

Ok this week is 153.6 ! I'm happy with any loss because I increased calories this week. I thought I might gain or stay the same. 0.4 lost is good!0 -

I'm starting to lose interest in the scale and that is a BAD thing. I think it's discouragement. I'm under calories and gaining. But I need to pick up my water and get focused again. Things will happen in time!
I will be riding a minimum of 3x / wk now and I hope to hit the gym for at least 2 of the other days. That sets me up for great weekly burns.
On the plus side, I am sleeping and feeling much better!!0 -

Feeling confident, even if I've leveled out at 155. I cut my grass twice in the last week...in my bikini!!! I am no longer embarrassed to have people see me in a bathing suit!! Lovin life and where I am in it! I have a husband who loves me and I am thrilled with the 'new' me!
