    175 - lowest Monday weigh-in in a loooong time. I've been 179-180 the last few weeks.

    It's down not by much. I'm going to keep my goal of working out 6 days a week and my rest day isnt going to be eat all i want day!

    Back up a pound: 187..... sigh..... this whole work thing is really getting to me: getting to work early and getting out too late to go to the gym and so busy that instead of having a nice balanced lunch, I've only had time to grab a protein shake (better than not eating lunch at all.) I get home and either over eat whatever I make or go for take out (darn Dominoes for coming out with GF pizza!!!!!) Well, this craziness at work will be over at the end of the month when we turn in the study and can get back to working hard, but will keep trying to maintain control on the food.
