Hello im new this this group!!! turbo jam is the only workout that i can consistently do and not get tired of it. ive started back up again doing it 4x a week and counting my calories.

I have had the dvds for a year. I tried the "learn and burn" and cried thru the whole thing the first time. Talk about uncoordinated! But then I had a talk with myself - what did I expect for the first time? So I have crracked open the 20 minute version and am gonna give it a try. I viewed it first and I think I can handle this. Thanks for sharing and giving me a boost to get to it!0

Hi, I have had these dvds for years also, put them away and forgot. I started doing them about two weeks ago and love them. I feel more energetic and I see some changes in my mid section. So the challenge is over?? Can we start another? What were the results of the people who did this last challenge?? I want to look like the women in the dvds!0
