Congrats to all this week's losers!

Well, after a few weeks of distraction I'm back & tracking again, my regular weigh-in is Fri or Sat, so I'll post results then (some part of me doesn't want to step on the scale before I get a good 4-5 days of calorie deficits again)... but summer is fast approaching!

I have 4 lbs. to lose in 4 weeks? EEK! And I just started my period. It seems I go a couple weeks without losing much and then have a big loss. I am in the 130's (barely, lol) so, I still consider this challenge a success. Congrats everybody and good luck!

My weigh in is tomorrow but it's looking like I won't really lose this week. I upped my calories this month to around 1800 instead of 1600. going to give it a couple of more weeks but if I don't lose in 4 weeks then I'll be going back to 1600 for a bit. I'm wanting to slowly work into maintenance. I'm definitely planning to keep up with the workouts though. I can only go to the gym 3 days per week during the summer, but 4 days per week the rest of the year . And i'll be doing some home workouts.

I'm skeptical about this number, only because I've had the worst case of the flu this week. I'm sure as soon as I'm able to eat real food again, I may gain some of it back. I'm going to try really hard not to let it though. I'm starting to feel better and think I can stomach something other than applesauce and banana's :)

I am taking responsibility for a disappointing gain this week. Up to 162.4 lbs. sigh. Time to kick myself in the *kitten* and be the person I know I can be.

I just noticed that I tend to stay the same weight for a couple weeks before I lose again. I'll have to use that to my advantage and kick my butt this coming week and make the most of it.
