Sometimes we forget that we are not the most important thing in our world. The resolution for this week from our Bible Study ’The Resolution for Women’ hits home with me and I need to work on it. I want to pass this test.
6. A Resolution To Esteem Others
I will be a woman who is quick to listen and slow to speak. I will care about the concerns of others and esteem them more highly than myself.
Proverbs 10
19 A person who talks too much gets into trouble. A wise person learns to be quiet. (ERV)
19 In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his (HER) lips is wise. (KJV)
19 Sin is not ended by multiplying words,
but the prudent hold their tongues. (NIV)
