So I weigh 164 and have myself set at sedentary and losing 1/2 pound a week which gives me
1620 calories and I exercise up to 600 calories a day and eat them back as well.
But this is new, until last week I had it set at 1 pound lose a week and my weight didn't change for two weeks, then magically went up 2 pounds overnight. This week, while eating the slightly higher amount of calories, I have dropped those 2 pounds and hope to keep going down...
What do you eat and exercise?

I weigh 142 and have 1200 calories a day. I try not to eat my calories back unless hungry except on Saturdays when I do 90 min of Zumba-I use those extra 700+ calories burned to have myself a good ol cheat day
I also have a fitbit so I set a goal of 2100 calories to BURN a day which gives me 700+/- a day deficit if I stay within my 1200 a day calorie limit. Since I have used my fitbit and made my deficit at 700 I have consistantly lost 2lbs a week. Find out what works for you and stick with it.
Everyone is different but as long as you burn enough calories to have a deficit then you should lose. Also, make sure your sodium and carbs aren't too high-you will bloat like no one's business! Good luck!

i weigh 167 and I eat anywhere from 1380-2300 a day (2300 being the cheat days). On average I am around 1400-1550 though. I'm set at slightly active.0

150.0 pounds, 1720 calories. I'm set to lose 1/2 pound a week, but i think i might be happy at this weight. It's more about cutting fat than losing pounds for me at this point. I'm set to lighlty active.0

I weigh 129 pounds 58.5kgs and set at sedentary I eat 1355 cals a day and exercise between 500-1200 cals burnt per day sometimes I eat them back sometimes I don't I eat 4-6 times a day and my weight fluctuates between 57-60 kgs a week I'm building a lot of muscles so don't really mind.0

I'm part of the "Eat More to Weigh Less" group and I'm 143 pounds eating 1965 a day. I don't eat back my exercise calories unless I am under my BMR ~1400.0

I lost a pound a week being completely sedentary doing 1650 (which happens to be my calculated TDEE). I try to eat over 2000 to maintain.0 -
the last time i used a proper scale it said 160 (highest weight was 185 - so i lost 25lbs so far) but today i was on a different scale and it said 165... not sure. but somewhere around 160-165. my calorie goal with no exercise is 1,340. I think it's set to losing a pound and a half per week. I described myself as lightly active i think?0
