Im considering Doing a smoothie cleanse for this upcoming week. I started one last week but decided to stop until i did a bit more research.. I feel as though im putting too much good fats in my smoothies and might be hindering any progress i might see!!
Thoughts anyone? Has anyone done this before?
Does anyone know what is the best way to approach it? Should you do smoothies for all three meals and then snacks in between (such as almonds, apples, etc)
And in the smoothies as they are entire meal replacements, how much protein and good fats is too much?
If anyone has any great advice definitely let me know!!

Hi, I never done a smoothie cleanse, but I did a research and came across this website http://www.wholeliving.com/search/apachesolr_search/detox. On this site it has a wealth of information that may be helpful to you.0

I am from LA and they smoothie cleanse is a big trend out here. It suggest drinking 6 smoothies a day, I think doing that will make water come out of your ears:) my sister forwarded me a cleanse that Gweneth Palthrow did and it requires one to two smoothies. Here is a link to the cleanse, hope this helps.
