I completed day 1 today! Took pictures but will be waiting until day 30 to post them so I can do some comparison shots. Here are my measurements though:

Ive been doing 30ds since may 1st but not been eating well due to being away etc, am being good food wise now but because i was bad for half the month im not gonna be thrilled with the results, however i am proud of the fact that by the 30th may ill have done the shred 30 times for the 1st time ever!

Hi, everyone! I just started 30DS today! Boy, it was tougher than I thought it would be! The push-ups are really hard, even the "girly" kind.
My measurements are:
Waist: 29"
Bust: 33"
Hips: 34.5"
Thighs: 20"
Biceps: 10.5"
My current weight is 115lbs and my height is: 5'3". On paper this looks pretty good, but I am interested in toning up. I'm what you call "skinny fat" and I feel like at 39 years old, I am sagging in the tush and have gained some back fat and a tummy pooch. I'm mostly interested in gaining muscle, strength and endurance!
Anyone else out there "skinny fat" and just looking to tone???0 -
