I'm a 42 year old runner, and I've finally decided that I really need to drop about 25-30 pounds so that my runs don't hurt so badly. I have two 1/2 marathons scheduled for this fall, and I'd love to get this done before then so that I can set a new pain free PR. And it would be nice to have to buy all new smaller clothes.
I've tried several different diets being thrown by how my body changed after I hit my late 30's. But what always seems to consistently work for me is tracking my food. After trying several nutrition trackers, I found this one to be the best....especially love the scanner feature on the mobile app.
