WOW! It was definitely more difficult than I planned.. Hopefully seeing everyone on here doing it day after day will keep me motivated!0 -
Week 1, Day 7, Level 1!
I made it through 7 straight days without an "off" day, and I don't intend to stop
I'd like to move on to level 2, but some of the compound strength exercises in level 1 are still giving me a lot of difficulty, so I'm kind of thinking I should stick around at level 1 until I can do each exercise at Jillian's pace/difficulty without stopping. Thoughts?0 -

You should definitely not wait until you feel "ready" to move on to the next level. You'll never feel ready - believe me.0
