    I just found this group but I think I'll fit right in because I just stared the Shred on May, 22. I Finished Day 5 of level 1 yesterday (I don't shred on Sundays ;-)

    Week 1, Day 7, Level 1!

    I made it through 7 straight days without an "off" day, and I don't intend to stop :)
    I'd like to move on to level 2, but some of the compound strength exercises in level 1 are still giving me a lot of difficulty, so I'm kind of thinking I should stick around at level 1 until I can do each exercise at Jillian's pace/difficulty without stopping. Thoughts?
