Hey everyone!! Happy Monday :grumble:
I'm going to do my workout in a few minutes, but wanted to check in first lol. Back to 6 Week Six-Pack today. I may start 30 Day Shred this week too, not sure. It was an epic fail the first time I tried it.... but I'm stronger and lighter now, so I may get through it now. I remember watching 6W6P only a couple of months ago and thinking "I'll NEVER be able to do that" and now look at me! We're our own worst enemies sometimes lol.
I hope everyone has a great Monday... and don't forget to meet up with Jillian! :happy:

Struggled today. I guess 3 days off isn't a very good thing.
HodderAl...if I can do 30 DS, you can do it! I don't even do all the modified moves, but I get through it and can do way more than I could when I started almost 3 months ago. Give it a try!

Hodder- You CAN do it! There are modified moves and I started with most of those, and moved up when/if I could. I may go back in a few months and re-do it and see how far I have came!
Kaylyngt-3 days off does make for a rough first day back! But I am sure your body thanks you!
I did Biggest Loser Cardio max again today. I will start level 4 of Ripped in 30 tomorrow.
Good luck today and I will TRY to be good as the hubby and I eat lunch at a Mexican Rest for lunch! :laugh:0
