    214. That is only a loss of .8 but I will take it. I went over 2 times this week for my birthday. I am still on track to be at my goal by my sons second birthday. One foot in front of the other. Seems so far away. Over a year. But the slower it comes off the more permanently it will be off.

    189.2 very disappointing but it goes to prove when you dont keep track of your food you pay for it. Got to get myself back on track starting with keeping track of food and exericise

    Ugh!!! A gain! Only a pound but I am still upset over it. I think it is because I upped my weights with the 30ds. At least I hope thats why... Next week will be amazing I promise!!
