    Day 2, Level 1 complete! My legs are so terribly sore!! Anybody have any tips to help alleviate the pain?? I'm afraid come tomorrow I'll be too sore to workout, and I don't want to miss a day!!

    Day 5, Level 1, complete. It just keeps getting easier to push through. :)

    And to alleviate pain, try extra stretching, massaging the muscle, and refueling with plenty of protein!! :)

    Day 3 Level 1 completed. I took yesterday off and regret it. No good excuse other than I was sore. I won't be doing that again--today felt much easier than days 1 and 2!

    I am on day 2 level 1 too. This is just a thought from being very active when I was young and tends to work for me now too. First if I stop moving I hurt more not less. Second thing I do is randomly do light stretching throughout the day... I can feel it but its not so much I cant keep going. Be careful not to stretch hard though. Just enough to be moving. The sitting is always what brought on tight and sore for me though.
