    I am glad to see your post. It really helps when there are topics to respond to and to read about. It helps me think and keep myself on track. There is so much power when people who have the same needs get together and support one another. So thanks for posting!

    Thanks for asking. I am on vacation right now visiting my family, and almost everyone here is....overweight... its making it really hard to eat more...
