I'm going to the doctor Thursday to get new asthma medicine so I can get it better under control. I will have to start the 30DS over on Friday so I will be a little behind but as long as I do it that's all that matters!

I sprained my calf at the gym last Saturday so I have been unable to work out. But will try later today! Can't wait to be healed and hitting the gym and my rug at home with my 30D Shred video!0

Day 28 done! I'm l still waiting to get my Ripped in 30 and Better Metabolism dvds, so I shall continue with 30DS.0

I weight train a lot so I go back and forth between 8's & 10's throughout the video.0 -

I'm a couple days behind and will start day 3 tomorrow but have been doing my own quick workout and eating right inbetween. Didn't do it this morning as I got a bit of sun poisoning yesterday and am not feeling very well.0

Start small. I work out a lot and started at 5lb weights. Not a good idea. I think 2 or 3 lbs is good to start. Work your way up.

Take 2: Level 1: Day 3. Will do it after work hopinn to make it through completely with 5lb weights!
Question. My shoulders and neck have become really tight from this. Anyone have any stretching recommendations? I also carry a lot of my stress in my shoulders. Maybe a fully body massage is in order?0 -

I've already noticed a boost in stamina- when hiking I don't get nearly as winded.. how crazy since it's only been 3 days!0 -
Going to be on day 7 level 1. Was supposed to do it yesterday but went out canoeing and all that rowing had me so tired i barley could walk in the house. Today I am going to complete it for sure not boating today time to get back on track.0

DAY 9 for me, skipped the weekend. Moving up to Level 2 tomorrow as I feel pretty comfortable with Level 1. Have already seen a 1" loss on my abs, cannot wait to measure at the end of this week0

Day 1 tonight finally, had a mail issue (I wasn't at my house for a few days and couldn't get my mail) I have it on me now and will do it as soon as I walk in the door!0

Did day 15 of 30 today (level 2). I'm using 5lb dumbbells now. Was doing 10lbs and my shoulders hated me.0

New to the group... new to 30DS...
just started yesterday, day two was a challenge! arms are so sore, it's the push ups. OUCH!0 -
Day 4 Level 1 completed before bed last night:) Getting so much easier!0

DAY 9 for me, skipped the weekend. Moving up to Level 2 tomorrow as I feel pretty comfortable with Level 1. Have already seen a 1" loss on my abs, cannot wait to measure at the end of this week
