Well I keep seeing recipes spattered throughout different threads. Just thought it deserved its own place. I look forward to reading your favorite concoctions of yummy goodness!

    Pour juice in blender with 2 Bananas.

    3 stalks of Kale, or spinach if you prefer, 2 carrots, 2 celery, 1 peach, 1/2 C. blackberries. It's yummy!!!!

  • I'm doing the "Mean Green" recipe from the movie.

    2 bundles of curly Kale leaves
    2 handfuls of spinach
    4 celery stalks
    1 piece of ginger root
    1 cucumber
    2 green apples
    1/2 lemon

    Four times a day.

    1 cup kale
    1 banana

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon kelp (granules or powder)
    Add some torn nori sheets; dogs love it!


    Fluffy’s Delight

    1 cup wheatgrass clippings (or any other grass, not sprayed)
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 capsules fish oil (pour on the smoothie, in the bowl)
    Pinch of catnip (optional)
    Yields 7 servings: You may freeze it in an ice-cube tray and serve it by the cube.

    Today's juice: 3 bunches of beet tops, 1 beet root, 1 poblano pepper, 1/2 bunch of cilantro, 4 carrots, 1 lemon, 2 tbs flaxseed oil, 1 tps Braggs Amino acids, and 32 oz of aloe vera juice. Made 64 ounces for hubby and I, will last 3 days if refrigerated in airtight containers.
