Hello, I'm new to MFP and recently joined the YMCA. A personal trainer (not mine) suggested this site as a useful tool. My husband works nights, and I was hoping someone else here would like a workout buddy for the Y. I'm not doing bad on my own, but it seems to go better when you have someone to help keep focused & motivated, and someone to talk to. If anyone's interested, please inbox me. I don't live far from the Glendale Y.

    I live near you, I go to 24hr fitness, but I am open to walking or doing other activities outside :)

    sometimes, for a change of scenery, i take my daughter to the park at 47th ave/Paradise and while she plays, i walk laps around it. have to do that after the sun starts to go down though :-)
