Ok ladies, I need some new brekfast ideas that are high protein/fiber and low cals.
Ususally, I'll have reduced:
sugar oatmeal (2 packs) and yogurt.
cheerios
simply egg whites and turkey bacon (weekends usually)
I find that most of these leave me feeling hungry by 10:30 ish (i eat breakfast at 7). What do you eat that keeps you full?

I need whole grains and protein, whole wheat toast and peanut butter is easiest for me. Eggs are good too.0

Greek yogurt is great. Also, I like just a giant spoonful of crunchy peanut butter1

I'm really into steel cut oats. I make it with an apple and will add flax seed meal and raw almonds after it is cooked.
When I was single and by myself I would make a batch and just reheat it until it was gone (adding a bit of water to loosen it up). To up the protein even more I'd stir in some yogurt or protein power.0
