Ok so I got married last October and there are a few things I would have loved to have had for the day,namely some more geeky stuff (My husband had D20's for his cufflinks, that rocked pretty hard. The wedding cake topper also had me holding a unicorn and my husband holding his Xbox controller like a gun...spaced nerds!)

So I found these things and wanted to share them on here in case any one else was planning a wedding :)

    My husband and I had hidden decepticon logos all over our wedding cake.

    The placenames had autobot and decepticon logos on.

    That is awesome! A friend of mine had her tables names after old school my little ponies, and another friend had a steam punk wedding with a little robot couple on top of the cake. I love a good wedding (but I love it all the more with a hint of geekary!) Thanks for sharing :)

    That is also amazing!

    I had the theme from the film Black Beauty...because I am a huge horse nerd lol. (We also had a few song from Scrubs thrown in for good measure...gotta love Scrubs!...Didn't have the theme song though...thought that may be a bit weird jigging down the aisle to "I'm no superman!!"...Second thoughts it may have been perfect!)

    We had toy dinosaurs on our tables, and halloween trick or treat bags to give to all the guests (29 October wedding). My husband had chaos star cufflinks as we're both into Games Workshop stuff. I started giggling when the registrar started speaking because all I could think of was the mawwiage speech from the Princess Bride.

    Dinosaurs?! Jealous! We got married on the 27th of october, ours was slightly "Day of the Dead" themed, butterflies and orange/black/white. I love the sounds of the chaos star cufflinks!

    My wife and I had a Super Mario theme wedding. On top of the wedding cake we had a Mario and Princess Peach. My son, the ring bearer, was dressed as Luigi, and my daughter, the flower girl, had a Princess Daisy dress. I had an 8-bit tie from thinkgeek.com. We named all the tables after different worlds in the Super Mario games.

    That is so adorable! I love the thinkgeek ties! I have been meaning to get my husband one for ages!
