I couldn't wait any longer. I wanted to post today and won't be able to get in the forums from my iPhone. Sorry fit_sailorswife for horning in.
Take 2: Level 1: Day 4.
Didn't make it all the way through with 5lbs. Had to reduce for the 'side lunge' part. Sticking with it. Proud of everyone- including myself.

Day 4, Level 1 complete! I can feel my endurance improving with the cardio, but I'm still struggling with the strength exercises. I'm doing my best, though, and that's what counts!!0

Level 1 Day 8 completed. Only had to drop down from 5 to 3lbs for the final set of side lunges.0

I am glad I am not the only one who struggles with that last set of lunges.

Level 1 day 10 complete!! It's amazing how I find it easy now when the first day I finished the workout feeling sick and dizzy!

First day of Level 2...Holy Crap!!!! At level 1 I wasn't sweating like I had when I started...so upped it to level 2.....MY SWEAT IS BACK!!!! LOVE this feeling!!!! Not gonna be able to walk tomorrow, but for now, I'm feeling grand!!!0

Level 1 Day 5 and so much easier! Going to pick up some 5 lb. weights tomorrow, although I agree those last side lunges are a killer!0

Side lunges with weights were HARD and I didn't do all of them.
Pushups were hard, as usual. I took a quick rest a couple times.
Everything else went ok. I made it through and felt energized afterwards.0 -

Day 3 - Level 1 done! felt horrible... had allergies and a headache all day, wasn't sure if it was going to happen, but I started just a short while ago and I don't have too many days to spare if I am going to make it before the end of June!!! great motivation.0

Completed my first day yesterday - Level 1 Day 1. I thought maybe I could get up early this morning and do day 2, but I don't think I'm much of a morning person lol. A little sore today, but not bad. I'll being doing day 2 later work today!0
