    Good evening everyone,

    Today I walked a total of 5.5 miles.
    2 miles to work (beautiful day for walking)
    1.5 miles on my lunch break
    2 miles back home

    If it rains I take the bus LOL.

    I wear a pedometer and with all the steps it counted today it says I walked six miles. Went
    for a morning 30 minute walk and mowed the lawn in the evening. Love to see the steps
    add up. Think it helps to know how active you stay in a day.

    Only got in a bit over a mile today. Weather turned bad on me. Real bad sky's were look like scenes out of the movie Twister. But no tornado's at least not in my area.
