Things you're giving up

This thread is for us to list the things, based on our food items list, that we will be giving up to meet this challenge.

For me:
salted butter
canadian bacon
cream cheese
chicken with skin....[silent crying]
juice (from concentrate)
mayonnaise....[weeping]
salted nuts
pastries...[weeping and gnashing of teeth]
sugared cereal
OREOS...[:sad: ]
sausage
ranch dressing...[umm...not too sure about this one]
and finally...SUGAR

Hasta la vista bebes!

    hello i am going to give up the following items:

    cookies
    ice cream
    cakes
    m&m's (peanuts):sad:
    coffee creamers with sugar :drinker:


    anything that has sugar added to it. i am addicted to sugar and i need to help myself from this delicious addicting drug :laugh:

    chips
    candy
    Ice cream
    cookies
    really any kind of processed food
    and fast food

    I am really going to try to give up:

    ice cream
    candy
    potato chips-really hard (can't eat just one!)
    all soda
    alcohol
    all pastry
    cookies and crackers
    pizza(very sad about this one)

    I'm sure there'll be more to add as the days/weeks progress, but this is my starter list.

    Things I am going to give up:

    I will try for one month to give up my weekly ritual of Chinese food.
    It is home made and not full of sugar, but it is not clean eating.
