1. 2 minutes
2. 1 minute 25 seconds
Would it be easier in June if we had one continuous thread instead of starting a new thread each day ?????
I started this challenge on May 14 but have posted every day since then......my first plank that day was 60 seconds......I increased by 5 seconds each day until I got to 2 minutes then inspired by others, I added a second plank and have added 5 seconds a day to that one.....who knows, maybe I'll get up to three planks sometime in June.

2 yoga classes today = many planks!
I just don't have the energy to do a separate timed plank for the challenge.
Woo-hoo - COMPLETED - a month of planks!
As for June, one thread is fine by me. For June, I'm going to add side planks as well as begin to add time to my plank.0 -
End of month plank 1 minute 58 seconds. Hope to break 2 minutes next month.0

1: 2 min 30 sec
2: 1 min 10 sec
3: 1 min
Did these yesterday morning but did not get a chance to enter them until today. Now on to June...0 -
Good job guys! I think I logged 50 percent of the time. May was just super crazy for me, and June is going to be similar, but the bottom line is a few planks are better then no planks:)0
