Hi All,
How are your days going?
I'm in Potsdam.
I have a fairly active job at an internet cafe at Potsdam State's Crumb library. This is the first day of a seasonal layoff that is scheduled to last 5 weeks! I got some good speed-walking exercise in this morning, but am now in lounge mode!
Tonight, i'm going out to dinner. Its one of my two caloric challenges of the week..the other being a luncheon on Wendsday.

Hi Arthur,
I think working in an internet cafe sounds totally cool.
Eating out or at events is always a challenge. I find if I just eat as much fruit and veggies as they offer, and stay low on the carbs, I do fine and enjoy myself.
I hope you are doing well!
